1. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting your purchase will be notified by email and/or on this page. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and accurate.
3. Products & Personalization
Most items are made to order and personalized based on your input. Please review personalization details carefully before checkout. Minor variations in color/placement may occur due to screen settings and the print/handcrafted process.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order via the methods offered at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Processing usually takes 3–4 business days (longer during peak periods). Delivery times and costs depend on destination and chosen method. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
6. Risk & Title
Title passes upon full payment. Risk of loss passes on delivery to you or to the carrier as indicated at checkout.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Orders for personalized/made-to-order items enter production quickly. Cancellations or changes may be possible within 2 hours of purchase; after that we cannot guarantee changes.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Personalized/made-to-order items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
9. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, images, text) on Pawline websites is owned by Pawline or its licensors and may not be used without permission. You confirm that any personalization content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be restricted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pawline is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
